Patrik Peter

Patrik Peter advises leaders, executive teams and boards navigating complexity, group dynamics and the demands of leadership. He specialises in board development, leadership team effectiveness and executive transitions. He is known for his discretion and ability to create trust.

Before founding Hart Advisory, Patrik spent eight years at Michaël Berglund, most recently as Managing Director of Board & Leadership Services. Prior to that, he worked with executive search, leadership assessment and organisational development at several consulting firms.

Previously, he served as Communications Director at the Swedish Migration Agency and as Head of Media Relations at the Swedish Security Service. He has acted as Chief of Staff at the Swedish Institute. He has been a member of both strategic and operational management teams. He began his career as a news and current affairs journalist at Sveriges Radio, Sveriges Television (SVT) and TV4.

Patrik lives in Stockholm with his wife, son and the family cat. He spends his weekends hiking, having a go at running — and systematically buying more books than he will ever have time to read.
